At Just Cooking the class sizes are kept to a 12 person maximum, making it a comfortable and personal learning experience. With step by step recipes, guidance and menu advice it's a practical way to learn new skills and can put the fun back into home cooking.
Some of the courses on offer include ‘Men Only’, ‘A Taste of Thailand’ and ‘Square Meals for the Family’. They also run tailored Saturday workshops.
Another very important and popular service offered is Food Consultancy. Just Cooking Food Consultancy provides a diverse range of services to Restaurants and Hotels. Mark and Bernie will work with staff to look at aspects such as food costing analysis, product sourcing, kitchen auditing and staff training and development.
Just Cooking also cater for Dinner Parties and Hen Weekeends.
