With over 20 years of teaching experience throughout Ireland, Kathleen provides classes that are extremely informative and fun. They are designed for everyone in mind, from beginners to professionals and combine old craft home baking with modern methods.
Some of the delights students can expect to learn how to make include, Irish soda bread, wheaten bread, scones, pastries and desserts. These tasty homemade treats can then be taken home to share with family and friends. All ingredients, drying cloths and oven gloves etc are provided, so students just need to bring dishes/bags for carrying home the baked food.
Classes will begin and end punctually each day and a limited number is accepted for each course.
