A short, relaxing walk of less than three kilometers along the banks of the Royal Canal and through the centre of historic Mullingar.
From Market House turn right and walk straight up the town to Moran’s Bridge on the canal. Take a left onto the left side of canal, walk along the banks of the canal to Harbour Bridge, continue along the canal to Green Bridge, return to footpath and turn left onto Oliver Plunkett Street, continue on this street all the way to Market House.
