The courses run during different times and on different themes, offering a wide variety of cookery classes to cover all tastes and a broad range of interest for all. Many of the courses running during the week are night courses, based either on a one night session or on a four to eight week consecutive course on varying themes. The weekend courses tend to run during the day, however group bookings of up to twelve people have the option of choosing the course content and structure. They range from soups, breads, sauces and stocks to Italian, Thai cuisine, Modern Irish and the ever popular quick evening suppers and 20 minute meals.
