Proprietor and teacher, Anne Neary has always focused on using quality, locally sourced ingredients and most of the food she uses in her classes is from her home farm or local farmers in the area. In fact, all of the eggs used in her recipes are from her very own free range hens.
Ryeland House provides a wide range of classes including salads, barbeque and summer cooking to name a few. The classes involve cookery demonstrations and hands on practice in a relaxed and comfortable surrounding. Students can choose to study during the day or in the evening. With this flexible approach to learning, guests at Ryeland House are sure to find a course to suit their needs.
During the summer they hold their Children’s Summer Cookery Bootcamp. This focuses on promoting a healthy approach to food as well as developing self-confidence, culinary skills and independence in the kitchen.
Anne also caters for private parties and corporate groups on request and gift vouchers are available for all classes.
