The Silver Eel is a bar and restaurant, as well as a function room and is located on the banks of the River Shannon at Grange Lake.

The Silver Eel is located on the banks of the River Shannon at Grange Lake. This is a very popular tourist area with fishing, swimming, water skiing, canoeing, etc. It is a favourite location for cruisers who can moor their boats in the harbour and enjoy a night indoors.

The Silver Eel is a family run business and operates to a high standard. The A La Carte restaurant is located on the second floor and has lake views. Both chefs have an international background and this is reflected in the menus and in the food. There are specials every day and a traditional Sunday lunch is available, again with specials, which change weekly. The children's menu is very competitive and baby dinners are complimentary. There is outdoor seating, also overlooking the lake.

Our function room offers a modern environment to host your special occasion and can cater for up to 100 people.
