The museum holds exhibitions and readings and has a special room devoted to children's literature. The Dublin Writers Museum is an essential visit for anyone who wants to discover, explore or simply enjoy Dublin's immense literary heritage. Tours available in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. Book Shop, Coffee Shop and restaurant. Conference facilities available. The conference wing is situated in a quiet area at the back of the building, convenient for delegates who also wish to tour the museum or simply to seek inspiration from the portraits in the corridors. Both lecture rooms are bright, spacious, comfortable and ideal for formal and informal conferences, training courses, workshops and meetings. Lecture Room One can seat 60 people theatre style and 25 boardroom style. The larger Lecture Room Two can cater for 100 theatre style and 40 boardroom style.
