Killenure Castle is a composition of architecture spanning over a period of 450 years. The ruinous monument is the last stronghold of the O'Dwyer Clan and is the only structure in Ireland to have 4 round towers. It is a site that hosts both cultural and historical celebration.

It is a home to the current owners and their three small children. It is also home to a happy herd of Dexter cattle, a native breed of dwarf cattle that originated in the early 17th century in the locality. There are Tea, coffee and Toilet facilities available. Private Hire is available of the property for events. Private tour guides are available on request. Pop up boutique cultural events accruing during the year. There are Hotel and Guest Houses within the area

Admission: Adults €5 (concession AOP €3), children €2.00 Family ticket: €12 (2 adults, 3 children). Childern under 4 free

The outdoor trail will take approx one hour. Please bring wellies with you. Open 10.30am- 2.30pm. Last entry for trail at 1.pm Maximum 15 car parking spaces.
