Take a drive out to the village of Stoneyford to the Knockdrinna Farm Shop & Café where some of Knockdrinna’s award-winning cheese and pork products can be tasted or purchased from their shop.

At Knockdrinna Farmhouse Cheese, pride themselves in making the finest quality artisan cheese, using the best quality milk from local farmers. They have a range of sheep, goat and cow’s milk cheeses to meet a variety of tastes, from the mildest goat’s cheese flavours to the most robust mature sheep’s cheese.

As well as their cheeses, we have also developed other products, pesto’s, relish and Tapenade which are great accompaniments to our cheeses.

Knockdrinna’s Kilree Cheese won the Supreme Champion award along with the Eugene Burns trophy for Best Irish Cheese and in the major category awards also took the gong for the Best Semi-soft Cheese.

2011 Knockdrinna, who exhibited with the Irish Exporters Association at IFE 2011 in London in mid-March, was once again a medal winner at the annual British Cheese Awards in Cardiff late last year, winning a silver medal for its hard goat’s cheese, Knockdrinna Meadow, and a bronze medal for its soft white goat’s cheese, Knockdrinna Snow. 2008 Knockdrinna is awarded the Gold & Best Irish at the British Cheese Awards 2008. 2007.
