The Courtyard Irish Holiday Cottages are six purpose-built self catering holiday homes in a restored courtyard setting nestling beneath the Slieve Mish Mountains, on the edge of Tralee Bay in County Kerry. Just 3km outside the county town of Tralee and convenient to both the Dingle Peninsula and the Lakes of Killarney, the Courtyard is an ideal holiday destination on the beautiful West coast of Ireland.
These four star self catering cottages are previous winners of a National Agritourism award. Each cottage is individually designed with a stylish mix of furniture welcoming turf fires, candlelight and generous jugs of garden flowers. The Ivy Cottage is a two bed room cottage, with one bedroom ensuite which can accommodate four to five guests. It is furnished with antique furniture, open fires and handmade beds with crisp white bed linen. There is also a playground, barbeque area and tennis court on site. This property is family friendly and cots and highchairs are available on request, pets are also welcome.
On arrival you will be personally greeted by your hosts and given your ‘welcome pack’; this contains a selection of Irish home-made foods, typically hand-made chocolates, Irish soda bread, home-made preserves, Bewley's coffee and tea. Complimentary donkey and pony rides are offered to visiting children.
