Located as it is just eight minutes from the uniquely pretty town of Newcastle West in County Limerick, Rose Cottage B&B is a charmingly situated property, well placed for anglers and golfers. Guests will be treated to tea and coffee and homemade cakes on arrival. In addition to providing delicious home-cooked breakfasts, the B&B’s dining room features a microwave, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge all provided for guest use. Two guestrooms are available (one family room and one double room) and both are ensuite. Visitors are also free to enjoy the pretty gardens that surround the house, affording the property a feeling of peace and tranquility. Hand knitting and sewing classes are available at Rose Cottage B&B and those staying for three nights may avail of reduced rates. Situated as it is outside the charming town of Newcastle West, Rose Cottage B&B is well placed for golfers, being just a short distance from the excellent Newcastle West Golf Club. The town of Newcastle West, prettily bisected by the Arra River, is a charming spot for a stroll and boasts some excellent bars and restaurants. County Limerick is also home to the delightfully quaint village of Adare with its thatched cottages and tudor style homes. The Ballyhoura Way, a stunning walking route spanning the counties of Limerick, Tipperary and Cork, is also nearby and boasts some of the most scenic walking trails in the country.
