Four Star Sligo Hotel Wins Top Industry Award
CROMLEACH LODGE, the luxurious four star country house hotel, has been awarded one of the Irish hospitality industry’s highest honours, the prestigious Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Award for Four Star Hotels, sponsored by Heineken.
The Sligo hotel, which is lovingly operated by owners Christy and Moira Tighe and their dedicated team of staff, beat off stiff competition from peers in the highly competitive four star hotel sector to win the coveted award at the 23rd Annual Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards on Monday night.
Nestled on the banks of Lough Arrow, Cromleach Lodge has been described as a ‘gem of the Irish tourism industry’ by members of the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards Jury, who together travelled close to 20,000 kilometres across the island this summer to search for Ireland’s greatest hotels, restaurants and catering operations.
