This route can be done in less than three hours but we recommend taking your time so you can wallow in Connemara’s spectacular natural arena.

For cyclists who long to really get away from it all, it doesn’t get much better than the Beara Way Cycle Route. Bound by Kenmare Bay to the north and Bantry Bay to the south, this 138km trail traces one of Ireland’s wildest and most remote peninsulas.
