Fenit Seabreeze Festival is home to the first two stagings of the All-Ireland Stone Skimming Championships in 2010 & 2011 and the first Irish Open Aqua Golf Championships in 2011.
Don't miss the spectacular fireworks display that will light-up Tralee Bay on Saturday night, while the roar of powerboat engines will bring the water to life on Sunday afternoon. The activities will get underway at 11am on both days with kid zones, fun fair, farmers' market, hamster balls and much more for all the family.
Fenit is rich in heritage and a number of educational seminars will be held in the village over the weekend. There will be an insightful talk on the endangered fish species swimming in Tralee Bay. On a historical note, plans were unveiled at the weekend to raise the anchors from the gun smuggling ship, The Aud which sank off Roches Point in 1916.
