Village Festivals and Fetes

This year the jamboree kicks off on Saturday night June 2nd, with The Killinkere Variety Show, showcasing talent from all around Killinkere. Acts for our day events on Sunday and Monday include Ireland’s finest Trial Star Motorcycle display, The Highland Games, Afro-Eire Drumming, the Hakuna Matata Acrobats and the Sambanova Samba Drummers.

Sunday night beckons the return of our much heralded beach party. With sand, foam, drink galore and Northern Sound’s John O’Keefe as DJ, it promises to be great fun. On Monday night we close out our festival with music from the fantastic Say La V.

Killinkere Jamboree will be bigger and better than ever, so why not visit Cavan this June bank holiday weekend and come and take in all the entertainment.
