Cong Hostel is located in County Mayo near Lough Corrib. It is found in a village made famous by the 1952 film, ‘The Quiet Man’. The accommodation can sleep 80 people in its dormitory and ensuite rooms. Rates include free WiFi, use of fishing rods and viewings of ‘The Quiet Man’ and ‘Un Taxi Mauve’. Cong is a memorable village where travellers can get a taste of Hollywood as they retrace the steps taken by John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara in ‘The Quiet Man’. They can even visit the Quiet Man Cottage Museum, which provides a sort of on-set experience.
