Conn’s Cottage is located on the coastline of the northerly Inishowen peninsula of County Donegal. This traditional Irish thatched cottage is full of charm and character and over a century old. It retains all the features of its era with a few added enhancements like oil fired central heating and a modern kitchen and appliances
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed a baby's crib and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two beds and a TV. There is a main bathroom which includes a bath with integrated shower. The traditional Irish kitchen also serves as a dining area and lounge. There is a remarkable solid timber ceiling, floors and moulded joinery throughout the entire dwelling.
Conn’s Cottage is located near Culdaff's magnificent Blue Flag Beach. It is a brilliant spot for anglers with plenty rock or beach fishing, river fishing, or deep sea and game fishing. Inishowen has some of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland, this can be witnessed on hill walks and shoreline strolls of the area at any time of year. The Giants Causeway is a relaxing drive away by using the Greencastle Ferry. Other local amenities include golf courses, boat trips, museums, fantastic restaurants, the Famine Village on the Isle of Doagh, traditional Irish pubs and lots more.
Adjacent to Conn's Cottage is the five bedroom self catering house of Cuan Na Mara which is owned and run by the same family.
