Heir Island is a little piece of heaven tucked away in a corner of Roaringwater Bay off the coast of West Cork. Heir Island Self Catering is a detached and secluded cottage that has recently been renovated. It has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. The cottage also includes a dining room, and kitchen with refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Other features of the property are central heating, two open fireplaces, TV, washing machine and boat mooring.
A local shop takes orders and will deliver goods to the cottage three days a week. There is no pub on the island, but the mainland is a stone’s throw away and a boat is available to rent on request.
So enjoy a tranquil retreat on Heir Island, only four minutes from Cunnamore and 20 minutes from Baltimore. Guests are sure to feel the benefits of a relaxing break on the island.
