Ostan Thóraigh, Tory Hotel

Ostan Thóraigh, the Tory Hotel is located on Tory Island, an idyllic place just 11km off the northwest coast of Ireland. The family-owned and operated hotel has 14 bedrooms that include ensuite bathroom, private telephone and TV.

At the hotel, visitors will be pleased to discover the People’s Bar, which captures the very essence of Tory Island folklore. There is also an on-site restaurant that serves wonderful seafood and other dishes.

Tory Island is the most northwesterly point in Europe. It provides a relaxing oasis and also a range of things to see and do. Anyone interested in history will enjoy visiting the remains of a 6th-century monastery founded by St Columbkille. Visitors also won’t want to miss out on meeting the King of Tory, exploring the island by bicycle and experience the lively Céilí gatherings.

The hotel operates its own ferry from the harbours of Bunbeg and Magheroarty to Tory Island.
