IPNA is a small family owned school focusing on outdoor pursuits. Courses are offered in bushcraft, primitive skills, survival, outdoor first aid, animal tracking, permaculture design and vegetable growing. Located at the base of the Beentee Mountain amidst spruce, alder and willow forests, the rugged and austere outdoor classroom offers shelter from the occasional Kerry showers. The 20 metre polytunnel offers room to learn about growing vegetables.

Courses usually run over a two day weekend. The basic bushcraft course is the most popular course where you will learn and experience the basic four survival necessities, fire, water, shelter and food.
