Just over 3.2 km from Kinsale Irene Gahan Ryle runs a small pottery shop in an enchanting old mill dating from the 18th century. She makes individual pieces that appeal to studio pottery lovers because of the work’s distinctive practical and beautiful forms. Included in many private collections throughout the world the pieces are exclusively sold from this location. The pottery is open all year except for Sundays. It is advisable to telephone in advance in winter.
