This championship golf course stands on 120 acres of parkland with many water hazards and stately, mature trees. Housed in a 19th-century Palladian mansion, the clubhouse commands panoramic views of this delightful course. Christy O’Connor Snr once described the first hole here as “the most difficult opening hole in golf”. Knockanally has hosted the Irish International Professional Match-play Championship (1987/88/89) and the Irish Club Professional Championship in 1994. This parkland stretch will provide a great test for any handicap golfer.
