The Solheim Cup 2011
The Solheim Cup in Ireland: 23 - 25 September, 2011.

Ireland will welcome the Solheim Cup to Killeen Castle, County Meath in 2011.
The international event will feature 12 of the top European-born players from the Ladies European Tour (LET) and 12 top American-born players from the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).
Players compete in their respective Tour events to earn a coveted place on the team.
Played over three days, the Solheim Cup consists of 28 matches - eight foursome matches, eight four-ball matches and 12 singles played on the final day.
The tournament will take place at the Jack Nicklaus-designed course and venue of Killeen Castle in Co. Meath in September 2011.
