The Destination Sport Mullingar Festival of Sport 2012 from 21st to 24th June will provide many opportunities for public participation in various sporting activities in a fun and festive atmosphere, while providing on-street festival entertainment to cater for everybody's tastes. There are also competitive edge events such as the 'Streets on Fire' 5k road race in Mullingar and the now very competitive cycle racing, Tug-o-war, football blitzes, sports demonstrations etc.
