Wicklow Town is the capital town of County Wicklow and is known as the Garden County. The town itself originates from a Viking settlement circa 795AD and today is a busy seaside town and home to the historic Wicklow Gaol museum.

Wicklow County is renowned for its scenery, golden sandy beaches, rolling mountains, wooded glens and cascading waterfalls has hidden gems around every corner. From the 6th century monastic centre of Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains National Park to the magnificent houses and gardens such as Powerscourt, Kilruddery, Russborough, Avondale and Mount Usher.
