Dust off your trainers and join thousands of runners taking to the streets of Dublin for this global running event in aid of paralysis research.
For the first time in its history Run in the Dark kicks off in Dublin before similar runs take place in over 40 cities around the world the following night.
Kitted out with red flashing armbands, runners will be a living light show, flowing through the dark city streets like lava so even if you choose to show your support from the sidelines, the event will still be a spectacle.
Depending on how fit you feel, you can choose either the 5k or 10k run and the good news is you don’t need to be Mo Farah to take part – you can even walk the route.
