One of the most celebrated artists in his native Spain, Joaquín Sorolla (1863–1923) was referred to as the ‘master of light’. See over fifty works spanning a prolific career in the first exhibition of his paintings in Ireland.

Curated by Dr Brendan Rooney, Head Curator, and Dr Aoife Brady, Curator of Italian and Spanish Art, National Gallery of Ireland.

Exhibition organised by the National Gallery, London and the National Gallery of Ireland, in collaboration with Museo Sorolla.
