At the Nire Valley Eco Camp guests can come and enjoy scenery and countryside. All cabins are a take on the traditional Irish bothán or bothy, but with all the comforts of home, or the really important ones anyway.
The owners wanted to blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor living and have tried to retain some of the best bits of camping but with the comfort of knowing that, regardless of the weather, guests won’t have to sleep in a puddle.
There are five cabins spread around 6 acres of grassland, so privacy is assured. This is a great location for relaxation, and an ideal base for exploring West Waterford, hiking in the Comeraghs or cycling the Waterford Greenway.
