Located on the Trim Road just outside of Navan, Teach Na Teamhrach is situated centrally and located in close proximity to many local historical and heritage sites including, the Hill of Tara, Trim Castle, the Hill of Slane, Newgrange and the Battle of the Boyne Site. The Meath region is also renowned for its golf courses, including Royal Tara Golf Club, located 7 kilometres from Teach Na Teamhrach, which hosted the All Ireland GUI Cups and Shield Finals in 2013. Other local activities include walking the Boyne Ramparts Heritage Walk or a day at the races at Navan Racecourse. For the business visitor, Teach Na Teamhrach is conveniently located close to the N3 Primary route to Dublin, which is only 50 kilometres away. Dublin airport is also easily accessible.
Teach Na Teamhrach provides its visitors with a wide range of dining options including Breakfast, Lunch and A La Carte options, including a three course set menu. We are renowned in the local area for our daily carvery offering and as recognition of our work we placed in the Top 3 of the Unilever Great Carvery Competition for Leinster in 2016. We are proud to promote the use of local produce in our restaurant and are members of the Boyne Valley Food Series. We are involved in their ‘Place on a Plate’ initiative which promotes the use of local suppliers from the Meath/Louth area.
Teach Na Teamhrach also encompasses a newly refurbished modern function room with capacity for 150 guests and a seated restaurant with capacity for 100 guests. We are delighted to cater for Christenings, Communions, Confirmations, Birthday Parties, Weddings and any other special occasions. For smaller groups areas within our lounge can be reserved.
