A no alcohol/no substance holistic music, art & food festival based in the heart of Cavan’s Lakeland area. A restorative festival, totally family orientated. Healing Spirit is about joining communities & cultures, elders, wisdom keepers, musicians, holistic therapists, indigenous cultures, artists & soul seekers of all traditions to seek spiritual enlightenment, harmony & happiness.

This year's festival will feature Kíla, Liam Ó Maonlaí, Bog Bodies, Fiona Maria Fitzpatrick, Marcus Magee & The Hollaw Men, Blu Tack & The Greenhorns, Caoivin, Barefoot Gypsies and many others followed by workshops including restorative dance, yoga, soundbaths, breathworth, sustainability & sacred sweatlodges.
