Michael began his artist career after 37 years in banking. He retired early to concentrate on Art which was a life long passion. Cunard International appointed him as an Art Lecturer and he travels the world on some of the largest Cruise Liners teaching watercolour painting. Highlight of his career was when the Queen came to Ireland for a Royal visit in 2011, the department of Foreign Affairs appointed him the only Artist to cover the visit. 2 of his paintings are now hanging in Buckingham Palace in London. His work is also hanging in The White House in Washington, The Kennedy Library in Boston and Aras an Uachtaran in Dublin
