From 15 to 21 August, history comes alive on the streets of Bandon. Delighted to be back with their Walled Town Festival, join in for a historical lecture series including a talk from a renowned whiskey expert on what was once one of the most important whiskey distillers in Ireland in the 19th century. There will be guided historical talks taking in sights and points of interest. Classical music abounds with a celebrated harpist and evening vocal music to delight.

The Family Fun Day on Sunday 21st will bring past skills and forgotten lore to life with demonstrations and workshops of candle making, coin making, pole lathe, battle reenactments.
