Flemings Silver Grange House is an historic Georgian house and restaurant, built by one of the prominent merchant princes of Cork, a local wine importer. It was purchased in 1989 by Michael and Eileen Fleming who set about restoring it. After meticulous refurbishment and under the guidance of chef patron Michael, it is today considered one of Cork’s dining institutions.
Located in the leafy suburb of Tivoli, County Cork, it is surrounded by 2 hectares of gardens where vegetables and herbs are freshly harvested. The timeless décor and original ceiling frieze set the tone for a contemporary French dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, suitable for any occasion, from a romantic meal for two to a corporate or private family occasion.
Today, Flemings is more than just a restaurant. It has limited guest accommodation, making it too small to be defined as a hotel, but best described as an elegant family home comprising a Michelin-credited restaurant, large bar and four guest bedrooms. Flemings caters for casual diners, house parties, special occasions, corporate events and of course, weddings.
