Established in 1995 by chef Brendan Murphy after working round the world in famous places such as Windows of the World N.Y.C, The Queen Elizabeth Montreal, CN Tower Toronto, The Palace Gstaad Switzerland, Atlantic Hotel Hamburg, many Hiltons as exec in USA and the Great Southern Killarney. He cooked for George Bush Snr, Queen of England, Willie Brandt and many more.
