Julie is a single mother of two raising her children, she works as the head chambermaid of a five-star hotel. Every day is meticulously planned – she starts before sunrise, gets ready for the school run, commutes to work in the city, and completes her duties to be back in time to pick up her children. But Julie’s life is disrupted one day when there is a transit strike – preventing her not only getting to work, but also to the interview for a better job she has lined up. What follows is a frantic race against time as everything she’s worked so hard for starts to unravel.
