The Sandwich Stall in Cork City, County Cork, has a variety of sandwiches available such as a Cork Reuben, a flavoursome concoction of Irish spiced beef with tomato, sauerkraut and gherkins on sourdough, a home cooked ham salad on tomato Foccacia, Mossfield Organic Gouda married with pickled cucumber on Beamish bread, made with Cork’s dark and delicious Beamish stout.
Also on offer each day is a freshly made soup, and flavours change with the seasons. Drinks are kept simple, good coffee from the Spanish Cofessa range, Cork’s Barry’s Tea, Green and Black’s Hot Chocolate, and a range of herbal teas.
