Located in Cork City at The Imperial Hotel, Thyme at Seventy Six on the Mall is at the heart of the bustling shopping and business district of the city.
The emphasis is on regional, seasonal and sustainable with charity donations of €1 on menu items. Each time these items are ordered a donation is made to the Imperial Hotel’s chosen charities, The Irish Guide Dogs and Cork Simon.
The menu consists of seafood platters, Gigas oysters and market fish of the day as well as some delicious cuts of local Hereford beef like rib eye on the bone and the classic fillet. Desserts include a café gourmand for guests who may wish to opt for something a little lighter than the decadent Kinder Bueno Éclair which has become a signature dish of Thyme.
