West Cork Photography Breaks are suitable for beginners and those who wish to reconnect with photography; also suitable for groups of up to four, who require escorting to photo locations with minimum tuition. 1:1 tuition is available by request. These are practical, residential photography workshops, hosted in The Yellow House, and situated overlooking beautiful Toe Head Bay on the Wild Atlantic Way.
Workshops are run on set dates each spring and autumn and can be found on their website.
The photography workshops allow participants to be amongst like-minded people, in a relaxed environment and learning at a pace to suit the individual, all whilst enjoying a holiday in Ireland.
West Cork Photography Breaks was established in 2014 by UK based photojournalist and editorial photographer, Celia Bartlett.
Based in The Yellow House, with a maximum of four guests at any one time, the workshops are hosted in relaxed quality assured home-from-home surroundings.
These all-inclusive, escorted photography breaks aim to give a wide photographic opportunity, showing what West Cork has to offer. This includes landscape, people, place, lifestyle, music, and subject to weather, an opportunity to photograph whale and dolphin activity at sea. This is often the photographic highlight of the weekend.
Gluten-free diets accommodated.
Weekends provide photography knowledge partnered with a holiday experience.
