Just a 3 minute drive from the Donegal town centre, Sian and her team of experienced chefs provide fun and informative, tailor made cookery courses. They can cater for up to 18 guests per class and cover a variety of skills and recipes.

Their popular ‘cook up a party’ classes involve three hours of hands on, fun, informative learning, where guests can expect to learn a variety of new skills and recipes. A typical menu would include starter, main course and dessert, for example a soup, a fish dish with all the trimmings and a tartine dessert. After the class, guests will sit down to a delicious meal, cooked and prepared my themselves with a well deserved glass of wine. Guests who would prefer a day activity can also choose to learn the art of baking in an afternoon tea class.

Sian and her team have also designed an exciting, fun filled night, perfect for a hen party or girly night out. ‘Naughty and nice’ classes will involve the same mouth watering cookery experience, but with an exciting surprise for dessert! After the meal, there will be a Burlesque class, because every husband needs a dancer and a cook!

All cookery classes can be combined with an over night stay or weekend break, which includes all ingredients and equipment during the class, a glass of wine with dinner and a hearty breakfast in the morning.
