Lough Eske is around 900 acres and lies a few miles north of Donegal Town. It holds small brown trout, sea trout and gets a run of spring salmon, grilse and autumn fish.

Lough Eske is located among the Blue Stack and Tawnawully Mountains in County Donegal. The lake is noted for its spring salmon, sea trout and char and is also a productive brown trout fishery.

Access to the lough is at a point at the north-west side but there is a possibility that other access points may be opened up.

Open season runs from 1 May until 30 September.
