Rath Lough is situated just three miles east of the village of Ballintra in County Donegal. The lough holds a good stock of brown trout averaging around 0.5lbs. Usual fishing methods used here are fly fishing and spinning and fishing is regarded as free.

The season runs from 1 March until 9 October.
