The Meadows Fishery is a two acre stream fed lake situated on the beautiful Fanad peninsula in North Donegal. It has stunning views of Mulroy Bay, good road access and parking space.
The Meadows Fishery in North Donegal is regularly stocked with rainbow trout from 2 to 10 pounds. There is a range of fishing options available to cater for both the experienced angler and the beginner and rod hire is available on site. Also available on site is The Fishing Hut, which provides excellent facilities for cooking, tea, coffee and refreshments. There are also a number of picnic table and a public toilet.
Catch and release fishing is practised after the quota has been reached. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and wear the lifejackets provided. Angling is from 9am to sunset and booking is advisable as numbers are limited.
