Found in the very heart of Galway City, Fat Freddy’s Restaurant offers an exciting dining experience with fun warehouse décor. Established in the early 1980s, the family-run restaurant features wooden tables, candles and checked cloths.
Grab a seat by the window and watch the crowds flock down Quay Street to the pub located close by. This is a favoured haunt of the young and not so rich, as it offers good food in friendly surroundings as well as economic prices.
Originally, Fat Freddy's was a pizzeria but over the years, its menu has been developed into a bistro. Fat Freddy’s now also offers a range of Italian and Mexican food including pasta, enchiladas and burritos.
