The 25th Galway Early Music Festival journeys through time & space, featuring cross-cultural music in Renaissance Ireland, music from the Crusades, and a trip to Baroque Italy. Travel throughout Europe with them to a past rich in music & discovery.

Visit Galway virtually for a musical journey through time & space, featuring cross-cultural music in Ireland from the 16th to the 18th centuries, musical time travel to the Crusades, a trip to sunny Baroque Italy & a visit to Bach & his predecessors.

In a programme that stretches from the 12th century to the 18th, five concerts feature outstanding performers Siobhán Armstrong & The Irish Consort, Resurgam Chamber Choir, Enea Sorini & Peppe Frana, Aisling Kenny, Yonit Kosovske, and many more. Meet the performers at their Zoom Festival Club, join a lute or early Irish harp workshop, learn about the pre-historic horns of Ireland, take a virtual tour of medieval Galway, & check out the instrument makers exhibition.
