Loam has earned the highest rating of 3-stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, making it the first restaurant in Ireland to do so. The restaurant works closely with local farmers and producers to serve delicious food sourced entirely from the west of Ireland.
The banquet will be prepared in collaboration with Slow Food. It will feature new season Irish Lamb on the spit, sheep cheese and yogurt, and finest local produce and seasonings all paired with Irish Craft Beer and European Wines.
The evening will include a reception with Irish craft distillery gin explained by Justin Green, Bertha’s Revenge Gin and speciality herb tonic created by Claire Davey, America Village Apothecary. Jazz, celtic, folk sounds.
