This sea swimming event has a choice of 3 distances for all levels of experience in open sea swimming - 3.9km (full Ironman distance), 2km and a shorter 750m distance. Wetsuit & non-wetsuit swimmers are welcome in all distances.

Advance booking recommended. Tow-floats must be worn by all competitors.
