Carol Cronin’s seascapes are inspired by the Atlantic coast of West Kerry where she lives. Her gallery and studio are on Green Street in Dingle.
Carol Cronin graduated from the Cork College of Art and Design in 1989 with a Diploma in Fine Art. Since then, her work has been exhibited throughout Europe including The Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA), Dublin, Fairfields Hall, London and the AK47 Gallery, Dusseldorf.
Carol was an invited artist at the ‘Arte Utile’ festival in Sicily. She received the Princes’ Trust Travel Award in 1994. Her work has been commissioned by, amongst others, the University College Cork and the National Archives of the Netherlands.
This is a great opportunity to meet the artist where she works. The exhibition in the gallery is open to the public every summer until September.
