Gluten-Free Pizza & Pasta
We make our own gluten free pizza bases and have been officially certified gluten free by the Official Public Analyst’s Laboratory of Ireland. We are on the approved restaurant list by the Coeliac Society of Ireland.
The majority of our dishes can be made gluten free and which provides a wide choice for people who wish to avail of this option, dishes that can be made Gluten Free have a GFA symbol beside them on our menus. All gluten free dishes are prepared separately and served on special plates, giving our customers the reassurance that their meal is Gluten Free.
Da Vinci’s has changed a bit since our early days as the Pizza Parlour! Pietro Macari was always going to follow in his father’s footsteps. The Macari family came originally from Montattico, a small town (in the province of Frosinone) in Italy. Saverio ‘Sammy’ Macari came to Ireland some 40 years ago and started in the catering business Testing the water with the Pizza Parlour proved to be an inspired decision. Soon, he was drawing up plans for the restaurant we know and love today. Pietro married Sabrina in 1998. Sabrina has brought her own unique blend to da Vinci’s and of course, their own children are a testament to the wonderful family-friendly atmosphere for which da Vinci’s is famous.
We make our own pasta on site, and always use the freshest ingredients for the many options on our extensive menus. We regularly add new flavours and style to our classic Italian dishes.
Our modern yet relaxed interior can cater for a hundred sittings at a time. We can also bring the da Vinci’s experience to your home, with our delivery service for all your favourite pizza and pasta dishes. There are vegetarian dishes for the non meat eater as well as a children's menu, which ensures that all customers are catered for.
