Jerpoint Park has 3 km of single bank fishing with good fly water and pools situated downstream from Mount Juliet, and upstream from Thomastown, County Kilkenny. Visitors can fish the River Nore for wild salmon and wild brown trout.

Visitors to Jerpoint Park can experience country estate pursuits in a unique heritage setting with breath-taking views of the countryside. The salmon and trout fishing on the River Nore are magnificent.

The fishing season starts on 17th March and ends on 30th September each year. Visitors are permitted five fish per rod in the season on the River Nore and fishing rods and tack are available for hire at the Park. The more experienced amongst you may wish to pre-book a Gillie for your fishing trip.

Fishing at Jerpoint Park is a real experience for all the family to enjoy. Fly and spinners are allowed but no sprimp, prawns, or worms. Please check the website for more details.

Other visitor attractions at Jerpoint Park include Pony and Trap rides, as well as Sheep Dog demonstrations can be seen daily at 14:00.
