Located in a historic 18th Century home in the heartland of County Kilkenny, Cordon Bleu Richenda Talbot demonstrates in the restored country kitchen of her ancestral home, using herbs, fruit and vegetable from her organic garden.
Every group may tailor their demonstration and choose from a variety of irresistible dishes.
